Shipping Methods

All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges are based on weight and shipping zone.

Shipping Schedule

All credit card/PayPal orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship only within the United States. Packages ship from central Florida.

Shipping Errors

Items returned as undeliverable or unclaimed due to buyer's error will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.

Order Status

After placing your order, you can check its status at any time on the order status page. You will need to enter your Order ID number and email address.

Payment Methods

Pay securely with major credit cards through PayPal or Amazon Payments. (You do not need to have or sign up for a PayPal account in order to pay with your credit card.)

All payments are processed on PayPal's or Amazon's secure servers. Packratville does not collect or have access to your credit card information.
