Shipping Methods
All items are shipped via USPS. On
rare occasions, a heavy item might ship via UPS, but any
exceptions to USPS shipping will be noted within the item description.
Shipping charges are based on the weight and shipping zone.
Shipping Schedule
All credit card/PayPal orders are processed and
shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders
placed
by
electronic check
through
PayPal won't ship until the funds have
cleared, which may add an additional four days to
delivery time. We ship only within the United States. Packages
ship from central Florida.
Shipping Errors
Items returned
as undeliverable or unclaimed due to buyer's error will
be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
Order Status
After placing your order, you can check its status at any time
on the order
status page. You will need to enter your Order ID number and
email address.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
Payment Methods
Pay quickly and securely with major credit cards through PayPal. (You do not need to have or sign up for a
PayPal account
in order
to
pay
with your credit card.) We also accept PayPal eChecks.
All payments are processed on PayPal's secure servers.
Packratville does not
collect
or
have access
to your credit card information, nor does it store your credit
card information on its server.
